Summer Camp 2010 Registration Ongoing

SUMMER MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

During the summer, Dinamo Brown’s Gymnastics of Sanford offers our regularly scheduled classes, as well as full day sports camps.  We realize that many people will be gone for vacations or will have relatives visiting during the summer months.  Therefore, each year, we offer our Summer Maintenance Program.

About Gymnastics

Gymnastics is a sport involving performance of exercises requiring physical strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, balance and grace. Artistic Gymnastics, typically involves the women's events of uneven bars, balance beam, floor exercise, and vault. Men's events include floor exercise, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, and high bar.
